Forest Grove RV Resort – the most anticipated new resort in the Smoky Mountains – is now open.
Located in Dandridge, Tennessee, Forest Grove RV Resort delivers the beauty, peace, and serenity of the Smoky Mountains while just minutes from Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg. and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Forest Grove is located between Cherokee and Douglas Lakes which provide some of the best fishing in East Tennessee. Between fresh fish, our on-site Butcher Shop, and our full-service Café and bar, great meals are easy to come by at Forest Grove RV Resort.
Quiet and Secluded, But Close to Everything
Amenities
We have over 200 acres of development in our first phase with 300 planned sites that will accommodate RVs up to 60 ft. Each spot will have its own 30/50/120 Amp, Wi-Fi, cable TV, water, and sewer hookups.
We offer a Cafe with in-house butcher shop, convenience market, two bath houses, as well as fire pits and BBQs throughout the Resort. Enjoy recreation time right here at Forest Grove RV Resort with amenities like a huge pool with four water slides, splash pad, covered basketball court, volleyball courts, cornhole boards, arcade, dog park, and a 3-mile hiking trail. We even have our own catch and release fishing pond to try out those new lures before heading out to nearby Douglas Lake or Cherokee Lake. Experience the ultimate RV camping adventure with us!

Propane & Fuel
We keep propane on site for your convenience, but there are also major fuel and repair stops just down the road at Exit 412. There you’ll find major national fueling chains and a major truck and trailer repair facility.
FULL HOOK-UPS
We accommodate RVs up to 60 ft. in length, and each space comes complete with its own 30/50/120 Amp, Wi-Fi, cable TV, water, and sewer hookups. We have all the best hook-ups and include them in your stay.
BATH HOUSES
We’ve got you clean and covered with two brand new and modern bathhouses located on our RV Resort. We take cleanliness seriously and make sure to monitor our facilities regularly to provide you with that home away from home comfort.
RECREATIONAL
There’s plenty to do right here at the RV Resort like enjoying the huge pool with four water slides, toddler splash pad, covered basketball court, volleyball courts, cornhole boards, arcade, dog park, and a 3-mile hiking trail. Or relax and fish at our own catch and release pond.
Things To Do
Pigeon Forge with all its famous entertainment is only a short drive away, and Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park are easily reached from Forest Grove RV Resort.
For history buffs, the Oak Ridge National Laboratory offers tours pertaining to the Manhattan Project, and America’s entry into the nuclear age.
For the fishermen in your group, we’re conveniently located between Cherokee and Douglas Lakes which are loaded with Bass, Bluegill, Bullhead, Carp, Catfish, Crappie, Minnow, Sauger, Shad, Shiner, Sunfish, Trout, Walleye, and Warmouth… and just waiting for you! Bring ’em back, and put them on the BBQ!
